Welcome to Leukerbad

Leukerbad, one of Switzerland’s most renowned thermal destinations, is set at 1,400 metres in a dramatic alpine amphitheatre. Famous for its thermal springs, among the most abundant in Europe, the resort offers a unique setting where relaxation, nature and breathtaking mountain landscapes come together with balance.

In winter, Leukerbad charms visitors with its sunny climate and warm atmosphere. The ski area is ideal for families and leisure skiers. Winter hiking trails, cross-country tracks, snowshoe routes and the magnificent scenery of the Gemmi Passcreate memorable experiences. The cable car to the Gemmi leads to one of the most beautiful high-altitude trails in Valais, suspended between sky and mountains.

In summer, the region reveals its full natural richness. The Leukerbad thermal baths provide a haven of well-being, with warm outdoor pools surrounded by imposing peaks. Hiking routes lead to spectacular viewpoints such as the DaubenhornTorrenthorn and Daubensee, all accessible from the Gemmi.
Visitors also appreciate the Daubensee suspension bridge, family-friendly paths, forest trails and the immediate proximity to pristine alpine nature.

With its natural hot springs, impressive mountains, welcoming atmosphere and ideal blend of wellness and outdoor activities, Leukerbad offers a unique alpine experience that rejuvenates both body and mind.
